لمنزله، وانتهاك حرمة حياته وترويع عائلته من خلال مرابطة البوليس أمام منزله ، وأمام الإقامة الجبرية التي أصبح يخضع لها والتي تجلت أكثر من مرة في منعه من السفر وآخرها يوم 23 ماي 2008 عندما اعتدي عليه ماديا وأرجع قصرا إلى القيروان من محطة سيارات الأجرة بتونس العاصمة التي اعلم أنه ممنوع من دخولها .ندد رؤساء فروع الرابطة بما يحدث من انتهاكات وحملوا السلطة مسؤولية أي اعتداء على الرمضاني. ختم الترافع في قضية " المشروع الإرهابي " نظرت الدائرة الجنائية 27 بمحكمة الإٍستناف بتونس برئاسة القاضي المنوبي حميدان اليوم الثلاثاء 27 ماي 2008 في عدد من القضايا التي توجه فيها إلى عدد من النشطاء تهم الإنضمام داخل تراب الجمهورية إلى وفاق اتخذ من الإرهاب وسيلة لتحقيق أغراضه واستعمال تراب الجمهورية لانتداب مجموعة من الأشخاص بقصد ارتكاب عمل إرهابي داخل تراب الجمهورية و المشاركة في الدعوة إلى الإنضمام لتنظيم له علاقة بجرائم إرهابية . بيان للرأي العام ضد منع ناشط حقوقي من السفر بعد المنع من السفر الذي تعرض لة مسعود الرمضانى عشية الثلاثاء 20 مايو الجاري، من قبل إحدى الفرق الأمنية، وهو في طريقه إلى سوسة على متن سيارة خاصة، في منطقة سيدي الهاني، على بعد 21 كيلومترا من القيروان السيد مسعود الرمضاني رئيس هيئة ، فرع القيروان للرابطة التونسية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان، صحبة ثلاثة نقابيين هم السادة الناصر العجيلي الكاتب العام للإتحاد الجهوي للشغل، وعبد العزيز السبري عضو المكتب التنفيذي للإتحاد الجهوي، وفتحي الشريف الكاتب العام للنقابة الأساسية للتعليم الثانوي بالسبيخة.وذلك باختلاق التعلات كالتدقيق في هويات مصاحبيه، أو الإدعاء بارتكاب سائق السيارة لمخالفة مرورية سجلها الرادار، أو لمجرد سوء المعاملة مما اضطرهم في الأخير للعودة إلى القيروان التي وصلوا إليها بعد أربع ساعات كاملة مشيا على الأقدام، وفي ساعة متأخرة من الليل؛ ها هو اليوم الجمعة 23 مايو يتعرض لمضايقات أخرى، وهو في طريقه إلى تونس العاصمة على متن حافلة عمومية، فيقع إنزاله منها دون بقية الركاب، قرب مدينة النفيضة على بعد 60 كيلومترا من القيروان، وتطالب الهيئة بالإقلاع نهائيا عن السياسات المنتهجة حاليا، والركون إلى التعاطي الإيجابي مع المطالب المشروعة للمنظمات غير الحكومية للمجتمع المدني. وتدعو بالخصوص إلى فتح قنوات الحوار مع هياكل إنقاذ مواطني دارفور من الصراع والعنف وتحقيق العدالة والإنصاف لكافة ساكنيه. تشكيل لجنة وطنية للمتضررين من أحداث 10 مايو وحد زعماء سودانيون ونشطاء في مجال حقوق الإنسان وجماعات سياسية صفوفهم يوم 25 مايو 2008, في هيئة باسم اللجنة الوطنية لحماية الأفراد والجماعات المتضررة من أحداث العاشر من مايو, وتضم اللجنة محامين ونشطاء حقوق الإنسان ومنظمات المجتمع المدني وبعض القوى السياسية للحماية والدفاع عن المتأثرين بهجوم متمردي «حركة العدل والمساواة» على أم درمان. وقد هاجمت الهيئة بشدة السلطات السودانية، واتهمتها بتنفيذ حملات تفتيش واعتقالات جماعية واغتيال وتعذيب وارتكاب انتهاكات جسيمة في حق أبناء والتعبير تلقت لجان الدفاع عن الحريات الديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان في سورية,ببالغ القلق والاستنكار الشديدين ,نبا قيام السلطات السورية بإلغاء الندوة الإعلامية بعنوان "حرية الصحافة"و التي كان سيقيمها الصحفي مازن درويش ,في المركز الثقافي العربي بالمزة في دمشق, وبعد حصوله على الموافقة المسبقة والرسمية من قبل وزارة الثقافة.ودون توضيح لأسباب إلغاء هذه الندوة ,والذي تم قبل ربع ساعة من الموعد الرسمي والمحدد في الصحفية ، الصحفيين وسام علي عودة مصور قناة افاق الفضائية و حيدر هشام الحسني مراسل صحيفة الشرق ، اللذين قتلا في بغداد و ديالى ، احدهما قتل بنيران قناص امريكي في منطقة العبيدي شرقي بغداد ، و الاخر عثر على جثته في ناحية بهرز بعد يومين من اختطافه من منطقة حي التحرير في بعقوبة . وقال صحفيون في ديالى ، ان زميلهم حيدر هشام الحسني (36 عاماً) ، الذي يعمل مراسلاً لصحيفة الشرق اختطف صباح الثلاثاء في منطقة (حي التحرير) من قبل مسلحين يعتقد انهم " تابعين لتنظيم القاعدة " وعثر على جثته في ناحية بهرز ، على بعد (3كم) تقريباً من المكان الذي اختطف منه . فيما قال رئيس تحرير صحيفة الشرق عبد الرسول زيارة ، ان التشريعي الفلسطيني أن الحكم الذي أصدرته المحكمة العسكرية في القدس على الجنود الإسرائيليين الذين اعدموا الفتى الفلسطيني عمران أبو حمدية 17 سنة سكان الخليل ، عام 2002 هو مؤشر واضح على التمييز العنصري والفساد القانوني والأخلاقي الذي يمتاز به جهاز القضاء الإسرائيلي . اعتقال 12 قاصرا والاعتداء عليهم بالضرب المبرح اعتدت قوات الاحتلال بالضرب المبرح على اثنى عشر شبلا من طلاب المدارس، بعد اعتقالهم أثناء مغادرتهم للمدرسة، وقد أفادت محامية نادي الأسير الفلسطيني بعد زيارتها لمركز توقيف عتصيون بتاريخ 22/5/2008 بأن الاحتلال اعتقل 12 شبلا تحت سن الثامنه عشر من مخيم العروب. من نفس المدرسة ونفس الصف في نفس الوقت لدى خروجهم من المدرسة بعد تقديمهم لامتحانهم بتاريخ 21/5/2008. احتجاز صحفيين على أيدي الشرطة في غزة يدين المركز الفلسطيني لحقوق الإنسان بشدة احتجاز الصحفي سمير خليفة، مراسل تلفزيون السودان، والمصور الصحفي أحمد الراس مصور وكالة رامتان للأنباء على أيدي الشرطة في غزة يوم أمس. ويشدد المركز على أن الحق في حرية الرأي والتعبير والحق في تداول المعلومات حقوق أساسية كفلها القانون الأساسي، من منظمات حقوق الإنسان المصرية ببعثة المفوضية الأوروبية بالقاهرة لمناقشة أولويات وقضايا حقوق الإنسان في مصر قبيل اجتماع اللجنة الفرعية المصرية الأوروبية لحقوق الإنسان والديمقراطية، والمقرر انعقادها في بروكسل في الفترة من 2-3 يونيو 2008، وأعربت منظمات حقوق الإنسان المصرية في الاجتماع عن خيبة أملها من تجاهل الحكومة المصرية لما تعهدت به في مجال احترام حقوق الإنسان في خطة العمل المصرية الأوروبية في إطار سياسة الجوار الأوروبية، مؤسسات الدولة تنتهك حقوق العمالة المؤقتة تلقى مركز الأرض عشرات الشكاوى من سائقى قطارات مصانع السكر والتكرير بدشنا تفيد انهم يعملون منذ حوالى عشرين عام بالشركة يتقدمون كل عام للشركة بطلبات لتثبيتهم الا ان الشركة ترفض طلباتهم بدعوى ان سياسات الشركة القابضة التابعة لها ترفض اية تعيينات جديدة بل انها تستجيب لطلبات الخروج من الشركة للعمال الراغبين فى الخروج على المعاش المبكر، وقد فوجئ السائقين مؤخراً بقيام ادارة الشركة بتعيين سائقين قاطرات دون الاعلان عن مسابقة أو علم أفراد الشركة ودون الاعتداد بأحقيتهم فى التعيين لانهم يعملون كمؤقتين منذ حوالى عشرين عام ... ويتسائل العمال كيف يمكن لادارة يعمل لديها سائقين بخبرات طويلة ان ترفض تعيينهم مقابل تعيين اخرين لم يتمرسوا بعد على العمل فى مزارع القصب اللهم بدافع الوساطة والمحسوبية. المبادرة المصرية تطالب الدولة بتحمل مسؤوليتها تجاه الأقباط تعليقا على الجدل المحتدم بشأن لائحة الأحوال الشخصية للأقباط الأرثوذكس، طالبت المبادرة المصرية للحقوق الشخصية اليوم بأن تتحمل الدولة مسئوليتها القانونية عن كفالة وحماية حق جميع المواطنين في الزواج وتكوين الأسرة، والمكفول بموجب الدستور المصري والقانون الدولي لحقوق الإنسان. وأكدت المبادرة المصرية أن على مسئولي الدولة إيجاد بدائل فورية تكفل للمواطنين حقهم في اتخاذ القرارات ========================== ليبيا ======== الرابطة الليبية تطالب بدستور جديد وسيادة القانون تابعت الرابطة الليبية لحقوق الإنسان الحملة الإعلامية – التي دارت مؤخرا - حول إعداد دستور دائم للبلاد وقد تجنبت الرابطة الدخول في مثل هذه الحملة لعدة أسباب أهمها أن الأوضاع السياسية السائدة الآن في ليبيا لا تسمح بسن دستور ديمقراطى ولا حتى بنقاش جاد حول هكذا مشروع. إن النقاش الجاد حول أهم وثيقة للمجتمع الطعام اضراب جمعية حقوق الإنسان أولا الرسالة التالية من السيدة جميلة سليمان العقلا زوجة ألأستاذ الدكتور متروك هايس الفالح: اضرب زوجي الدكتور متروك هايس خليف الفالح من اليوم الأول لاعتقاله في 14جماد الأول /19 مايو. احتجاجا على الطريقة التي قبض عليه فيها من قبل رجال المباحث التي تنافي جميع الدساتير والقوانين والأنظمة الشرعية والدولية وما ينصص عليه نظام الإجراءات الجزائية . يدخلون عليه في مكتبه عند نهاية الدوام الساعة(3:45) ليطرقون الباب عليه ويأخذون الهاتف النقال بالقوة وجميع ما يخص بحوثه من جهاز كمبيوتر وفلاش ممري ودسك.وبحوث لم يتم الانتهاء منها . واحتجاجه على ما يقوم به رجال المباحث من جبره المنظمة اليمنية للدفاع عن الحقوق والحريات الديمقراطية اعتقال عضو المنظمة معين إبراهيم المتوكل اليوم الثلاثاء الموافق27 مايو 2008م واقتياده إلى مكان مجهول. وقد كان المتوكل يقود سيارته أمام جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا وبرفقته أخته وزوجته حين اعترضت طريقه سيارتان هيولوكس موديل 2006 تحمل إحداهما رقم 47690- 2 ، و قامت العناصر المسلحة بإشهار السلاح في وجهه وأسرته وتم اقتياده بالقوة إلى داخل الهيلوكس وتقييد يديه بالكلبشات والانطلاق به إلى جهة مجهولة. الخيواني يواجه قيودا على حريته في التنقل أعربت مؤسسة الخط الأمامي عن قلقها الشديد بعد تلقيها تقارير عن اتهامات يواجهها الصحفي والمدافع عن حقوق الإنسان عبد الكريم الخيواني، وعن تأجيل جلسة صدور الحكم بحقه. وشغل عبد الكريم الخيواني في السابق منصب محرر صحيفة الشورى الإلكترونية، و هي صحيفةٌ مؤيدة للديمقراطية. وتعتقد مؤسسة الخط الأمامي أن استهداف الخيواني إنما هو نتيجةٌ لنشاطات المشروعة في الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان. إضراب شامل عن العمل في جامعة إب بدأ موظفو جامعة اب تنفيذ إضراب شامل عن العمل اليوم، احتجاجا على عدم تنفيذ مطالبهم الحقوقية التي طالبوا بها منذ سنوات والمتمثلة سرعة بدل غلا المعيشة ال20% لكافة موظفي الجامعة دون استثناء، و منح موظفي الجامعة حقوقهم من خلال توقيع محضر لنقلهم إلى المرحلة الثانية من إستراتيجية الأجور، وتوفير عدد مناسب من السفارات الأجنبية بساندة أسرة سليم بوخضير توجهت مراسلون بلا حدود برسائل إلى أكثر من عشرين قنصلية أجنبية في تونس لمطالبتها بمساندة أسرة الصحافي سليم بوخضير المعتقل في سجن صفاقس (على بعد 231 كلم جنوب تونس) منذ ستة أشهر. وفي 26 أيار/مايو 2008، توجهت المنظمة برسائل إلى أكثر من عشرين سفارة أجنبية يقع مقرها في تونس لإعلامها بوضع الصحافي سليم بوخضير الذي كان يباشر في ذلك اليوم بشهره السابع من الاعتقال. المنظمة العربية لحقوق الإنسان تعرب عن استيائها لتمديد قانون الطواريء بمصر أعربت المنظمة العربية لحقوق الإنسان عن استيائها لقيام السلطات المصرية بمد العمل بقانون الطوارئ في مصر لعامين إضافيين، ولا تجد المنظمة أي مبرر لهذا الإجراء، خاصة وأن الحكومة المصرية لم تكف عن التأكيد على أن البلاد "تنعم بحالة من الاستقرار". وترى المنظمة أن تمديد العمل بقانون الطوارئ قد عزز المخاوف من استمرار القيود المفروضة على الحقوق والحريات العامة وإهدار الضمانات القانونية. إيران تحتجز صحفي أكثر من 10 أشهر في السجن لعجزه عن دفع الكفالة أعربت منظمة مراسلون بلا حدود عن استيائها من أوضاع الحريات في إيران خاصة بعد استمرار حبس أحد الصحفيين لمدة 10 أشهر لعجزه عن دفع كفالة للإفراج عنه. ففي 19 أيار/مايو 2008، تعرّض الصحافي محمد صادق كابوفند لوعكة صحية في زنزانته في سجن إيفين (طهران) علماً بأنه لا يزال قيد الاعتقال الاحترازي منذ الأول من تموز/يوليو 2007 فيما لا تزال أسرته عاجزة عن دفع كفالته البالغة 150 مليون تومن (أي ما يعادل 145000 يورو). عقاب شركة بث فضائي جراء تغطية المظاهرات قالت هيومن رايتس ووتش اليوم إن السلطات المصرية استخدمت قوانين الترخيص الخاصة بالإعلام لعقاب شركة إعلامية على صلة ببث معلومات فيها انتقاد للحكومة. وقد تقدم اتحاد الإذاعة والتلفزيون – الذي تديره الدولة – بشكوى ضد شركة أخبار القاهرة In addition to the participation of media experts concerned in the Sudanese affairs and Darfur issue. Forming a National Committee for debilitated People by 10th of May Events. Sudanese leaders and human rights activists as well as some political groups united their efforts founding a corporation named the “National Committee for Protecting Individuals and Groups Debilitated of the event of 10th of May”, the committee includes lawyers, and rights activists, civil society organizations and some of the political powers to protect and defend the people affected by the attack on Omdurman by the rebels of “Justice and Equality Movement”. Sudanese Negotiations with the American Government. The American and Sudanese parties are resuming their negotiations aiming to normalize the relationships between the two countries next week in Sudan. The Egyptian human rights organizations expressed its disappointment towards the Egyptian government abandonment of what it has undertaken in regard to the human rights respect in the Euro-Egyptian work plan in the frame of the European Neighborhood Policy. The State Institutions Violates the Temporary Labor Rights. The Land Center for Human Rights received tenth of complaints from the train drivers of sugar and refining factories' in Deshna, indicating that they were working for 20 years in the company, and were submitting their application to be hired permanently in the company which was rejecting their request claiming that the holding company policies that it comply with is rejecting any new employment, and the company was approving the requests of the other workers for earlier pension and retirement. The drivers surprised recently by the employment of new drivers without announcing vacancies or informing the company personnel and without recognizing their eligibility to be employed because they are working as temporary drivers for 20 years. The workers wonder how the company rejects their application for employment ignoring all the years of experience, and employing new drivers who qualify only for the connections they have. The Egyptian Initiative demands the State to shoulder its Responsibility towards Copts As a comment on the intensified controversies around the Orthodox Copts Personal Affairs Regulations, the Egyptian Initiative for Personal Rights demanded the government to shoulder its legal responsibility for guarantee and protect the right of all of the citizens to marry and form families, which provided by the Egyptian constitution and the international law for human rights. The initiative reassured that the state officials should find immediate alternatives to guarantee the right of the citizens in taking the decisions related to their personal and familial life, regardless of their religion or position of the official religious institutions. Hisham Mubarak Denounce Extending the State of Emergency Hisham Mubarak Law Center denounced on 26/5/2008 the extending the state of emergency in Egypt until 2010, and considered the ongoing emergency state for 27 years, did not contribute at all to the sustainability of the country, but only assisted in the settlement of the ruling elite, and no development but of the exclusions and prices rise. The state of emergency made an international notorious image of Egypt that emerged of the thousands of detainees in the prisons and withholding opponents, and torture victims, journalist imprisonment, and the security agencies atrocities. Al Mutawkil was driving his car by the Science and Technology University accompanied by his sister and wife, when two Hillocks Model 2006 (one held the number 2-47690) stopped him, and the armed elements raised guns on him and his family, then he was forced to go with them in the hillocks handcuffed, and taken to an identified location. Al-Khywani faces Restrains on his freedom in Detention. The Front Line foundation has expressed its strong fears after receiving reports about charges faced with the journalist and human rights defender Abdel Karim Al Khywani, and about postponing the session of judgment announcement against him. Abdel Karim Al Khywani was the former editor of the Shoura Electronic Newspaper, and it's a democratic supporter newspaper. The Front Line thinks targeting Al-Khywani is a result of the legitimate activities of defending human rights. Full Work Strike in Ebb University The employees of Ebb University started a full work strike, demonstrating their denounce of non implementation of their demands, which they submitted years ago, and represent in reimbursement of the high living costs as (20%) for all of the university employees without exceptions, granting the employees in the university their rights through signing a minute to transfer them to the second stage of the wages strategy, and making available a suitable number of the employment degrees to all of the contractors in the university and increasing their wages. In 26th May 2008, the organization has sent messages to more than 20 foreign embassies based in Tunisia informing them of the situation of the journalist Slim Bou Khdir, who was starting his 7ths months under detention on that day. The Arab Organization for Human Rights Expresses its Dissatisfaction about Extending the State of emergency Law in Egypt The Arab Organization for Human Rights is unsatisfied about extending the enforcement of the emergency law for two more years, the organization see no justification for this procedure, especially the government did not stop ensuring that “the country enjoys stability”. The organization believes that extending the emergency law is increasing the fears of the constraints imposed on the rights and public freedoms, and violating the legal guarantees. Iran withheld a Journalist more than 10 Months in Prison for Bail Payment Failure The Reporters without Borders denounced the situation of the freedoms in Iran, especially after ongoing imprisonment of one of the journalists for 10 months because he failed to pay the bail for his release, on 19/5/2008, the journalist Mohamed Sadiq Kabovnd suffered a sickness in his cell in Even Jail (Tahran) bearing in mind that he still under preserved detention since 1st of June, 2007, while his family still unable to pay his bail of 150 Million IRR (equivalent of 145000 EUR). Punishment of a Satellite Broadcasting Company for Covering the Demonstrations The Egyptian authorities used the permissions for media to punish a media company related to broadcasting information that criticize the government. The TV and Radio Union-state operated- submitted a complaint against the Cairo News Company (CNC) on 8/4/2008, one day after Al-Jazeera covered the wide demonstrations in streets criticizing the government in the Nile Delta area. Bahrain An Egyptian Clergy Prosecuting al-Ayam Newspaper The Arabic Network for Human Rights Information (ANHRI) condemned the persistence of the Egyptian Islamists Preacher Sheikh Wajdi Ghunaim, in his continuous harassment against the Bahraini Newspaper Al-Ayam, and prosecuting each of: Eisa Al Shayji, Editor in Chief of Al-Ayam, and the journalist writer Saeed Al-Hamad accusing them of slander and offense, and suing them before the Criminal Court for several months and currently postponed to the upcoming June 30th session. “We know that Sheikh Wajdi Ghunaim is a fanaticism or bigotry preacher, therefore we are so concerned about this case, and we call on him to drop it, rather than adding it to the episode of the cases clergies claim against journalists, while some of them are trying to use the religion to restrain the press and benefit of defending the Islam allegedly.”, said Gamal Eid the executive director of Arabic Network for Human Rights Information (www.anhri.net) .” Enduring the Cases Fabrication Policy; Cairo News Company Lawsuit Session postponed until June 16th “Boulaq Misdemeanors Court had postponed reviewing the claim of the Cairo News Company (CNC) to the 16th of June's session, for meeting the court demand of providing official power of attorney in behalf of Mr. Nader Gohar “in person” not as “the managing director of the (CNC).”, said the Arabic Network for Human Rights Information . The prosecution general had accused the managing director of the Cairo News Company (CNC) of possessing wireless communication equipments and satellite casting unites, and operation it without obtaining a permission from the National Telecommunication Authority, and demanding of the court to charg him according to the articles: (70, 72, and 77) of the Law no. 10 for the year 2003 of regulating the telecommunications. “Those who fabricated the case, did not well-cooked it, and the equipments that confiscated unlawfully belong to the French TV, which Mr. Gohar is the only officially approved correspondent of.
